You'll explore a rotating combination of studio apparatus and props—including the Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Cadillac—to keep each session fresh, challenging, and effective. Expand your knowledge, deepen your control, and keep your practice inspired.

Through multiple sessions of this class, we will learn and perform Joseph Pilates' original reformer exercise sequence from start to finish! Exercises range from beginning to intermediate and advanced. This class runs as a 10-week workshop. Please inquire for enrollment!

Get the fundamentals of our Full Body Reformer class, along with three circuits of strength training exercises on the mat. This class uses hand weights and adjustable dumbbells. All Levels Welcome.

A challenging sequence of Advanced Pilates Reformer exercises, along with three strength training circuits on the mat. This class uses hand weights and adjustable dumbbells. We recommend enrolling in 10-20 Full Body Reformer classes and/or discussing with an instructor prior to booking.

A challenging gauntlet of strength training and cardio, using adjustable dumbbells and the reformer jumpboard. Two instructors—one for Pilates and one for Strength—work together to guide you through the workout. We recommend attending Pilates + Strength and Reformer Jumpboard classes before attending this class.

Saturday Afternoons at Parakeet = Community in Motion

Join us on Saturdays for a fun, ever-changing mix of mindful movement classes—free for anyone with a Parakeet Class Package or Monthly Membership! We’ll be switching it up with everything from Barre and Salsa to Tai Chi and Hula Hoop. No experience needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to try something new!
